Wayfinders Residential

To qualify for the Housing Program, you must meet all of the following nine requirements:

• Be currently enrolled full-time in a degree-granting program.
• Be a single parent with full custody of children under the age of 18.
• Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of study left before graduating with your degree.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better.
• Meet income eligibility guidelines for a housing voucher through the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh.
• Be willing to undergo the application and verification process as required and conducted by the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, including a criminal background check.
• Be willing to sign a Program Agreement that outlines the roles and responsibilities of participating in the Pittsburgh Scholar House’s Housing Program.
