On December 11, we held our Year End Celebration, and we had so much to celebrate – several PSH Scholars who earned their degree this year; our first cohort of Wayfinders University grads; and we were proud to announce the PSH Cares Fund!

The PSH Cares Fund enables the Pittsburgh Scholar House to address the immediate, urgent needs of Scholars that impede their path to degree completion. Giving empowers a parenting student to transform their families through the power of education.
In the busy life of a parent Scholar, too often a small challenge can pose a big obstacle. The PSH Cares Fund was created to invite our whole community to mitigate these challenges by funding immediate, often unexpected, family needs. For example:
100% of donations made will go directly to serving single-parent students and their children, setting the course for a more stable, prosperous future.
